MARKETS

The idea of Kärrecho was born, when receiving an opportunity to have a food stand in the flea market at of ZKU. This unique new venue is set to become a lively hub for the transport of ideas and ideals in the postindustrial era in Berlin. ZK/U
We love to work in markets, it allows us to present the Arepas in Berlin. Markets are the perfect scenario to interact with our audience and get an instant feedback…

CATERING

Every time we have a catering service, we create individual concepts according to the occasion. Creative combination of flavours are designed to make your event unique and special. Our food is versatile, Venezuelan character with tons of influence from our trips and experiences with a dash of multicultural heritage…

RESTAURANT

The goal of Kärrecho is to have our own place. We want to have the opportunity to settle down in the heart (and belly) of Berlin and being able to offer our delicious food almost every day (we deserve a day off once in a while)…

ABOUT US

We realized that the culinary display in Berlin had no Venezuelan representation, so we got up and decided to create the project Kärrecho and thereby we can present to the Berlin audience, the food – rich in flavor and warmth, of Venezuela.

As in any story, this has its protagonists, Carlos, Marina and Rosana born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela.

The idea of Kärrecho was born, when receiving an opportunity at ZK/U, to have a food stand in their flea market. Marina and Carlos decide to unite the cooking energies and the design mind – Bymcgs/Mestizen, and create Kärrecho project.
